JUSTINE DOOLEY, MA
Managing Director
Justine Dooley is the founder of Devon Consulting. She has a Masters’ Degree in Leadership and has worked in a leadership, project and program management capacity within the not-for-profit sector for over 17 years. Some of her experience includes leading a rural mental health and substance use pilot project for Island Health BC, creating and leading a Quality of Life measurable outcomes research project with Community Living Victoria BC and spearheading the implementation of a new collaborative service delivery model for child intervention with Unlimited Potential Community Services and Edmonton Children’s Services AB.
Justine provides experience and a passion for collaborative and integrative program development that reflects organizational values, future goals and ignites hope. Her leadership embraces a trauma informed approach to listening and engaging others as active participants in mapping out the process – the difference between getting work done, and getting work done in a mindful and meaningful way that creates a lasting impact.
ANNE MACLEOD, BCOM, CPA - CMA, PMP
Consultant
Anne MacLeod has passion to ensure her clients are successful. She began her career in the tech sector working on projects that include national software implementation, data centre, and wireless technology
She brings over 30 years of expertise in a variety of project management methodologies and is PMI certified. Her expertise has been applied to a variety of projects in organization such as TELUS, Group Telecom, WestJet, The City of Calgary and The University of Calgary, in industries as diverse as Telecom, Airlines, Municipal Development and Human Resources.
Anne has extensive experience in applying measurement to projects – to prepare business cases and initiate projects with meaningful results – as well as to instill a means of continuous improvement once projects are completed.
Anne recently worked with the PMI Education Foundation and provided materials to test a half day introduction to project management for the Not For Profit (NFP) sector with Okanagan College, and the Scotiabank Centre for Not For Profit Excellence. She continues to work with OKC on this well received venture to build the NFP project management course on-line.
